The program, under the leadership of Dr. Margaret Hayes, provides health care and support services including exercise and stress management, blood drives, flu clinics, blood sugar and blood pressure screenings, health advocacy, counseling and education. A healthy snack is offered at each meeting.

There is a suggested donation of $10 per class for yoga on Tuesday evenings.
